Booking a class:

All cooking classes can be booked direct via our website.  Full payment is required at the time of booking.  

In the unlikely event you have any difficulty making the booking or payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Credit card payments are accepted through our booking service e-way.  Just follow the prompts when making the booking.

Bookings are confirmed once payment goes through.  A confirmation email will automatically be send to you.

Cancellation and transfer policy:

All classes and gift vouchers are non refundable.

If you cancel 14 days in advance of your booked class, you may reschedule to another class.  

If you are unable to make it, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member.  You must text/email/call and let us know.

If, for whatever reasons you are unable to attend the class and it is inside the 14 days, a cancellation fee of $10.00 per person applies.  

In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled, a different date will be offered to you or if you prefer a full refund. 

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase through our website.  

You may choose the dollar value you want, the recipient can makeup the difference, if any.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from time purchase.

Corporate Days, Birthdays, Hens parties, Mums groups:

We cater for various groups and tailor the class to suit the needs of the group. Minimum number is 6, maximum is 12.

Housekeeping:

We need to have a minimum of 6 people for the class to run.

We advise you wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes.

Nothing further is required for you to bring along, as all ingredients, aprons, utensils are provided for you to use.  

Recipes will also be provided for you to take home.  

You are welcome to take as many photos as you like, but we ask you take into consideration other participants privacy.
