Again, part of the Everyday Greek falls the Pittes – these can have various fillings, with the most popular being spinach and cheese.
In this class we will be making filo pastry ourselves (its not as hard as you think) and again depending on the availability of spinach, we will be making a spanakopita (or other greens pitta), tiropitta (cheese pitta), and haloumopitta (haloumi cheese and honey – by far my favorite).
This class will take approximately 3-4 hours – allowing also time to eat them and enjoy them.
